Banana Burst Shake

1 scoop Vanilla, Chocolate or Natural whey protein powder
1 banana
1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter (optional)
1 cup skim milk, soy milk or water

Blend until smooth.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Toffee

An awesome tasting alternative to protein shakes and a completely healthy dessert option.

1 scoop Chocolate whey protein powder
1 1/2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter

Put ingredients into a bowl.  Add a small amount of water - just enough to mix the ingredients into a thick paste.  Place bowl into freezer for at least 15 min. Eat with a spoon.
