We coach our clients in all aspects of health and wellness. Our number one goal is that they achieve lasting change and fulfillment in their lives!!

We like to think of this as a creative partnership between coach and client.  Through this creative partnership clients are able to identify the goals that most align with their values in life.  People are happiest when they are committed to doing things that align with their true values.  We explore where you are now, where you want to go and then map out a plan to get there.  This is a journey that involves ongoing communication between coach and client.  We provide the support, tools and resources our clients need to learn about themselves and to achieve their goals. 

Basic Package Outlines:

• 2 monthly sessions (45 minutes each) either in person, on the phone or online
• Support materials and tools to work towards your goals

• 3 monthly sessions (45 minutes each) either in person, on the phone or online
