MUSCLE CAMP '08

Our inaugural MUSCLE CAMP event on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at Fitness Finatix in Mississauga included a full day of information, motivation and education.  We discussed training, nutrition, supplementation, stage presentation, posing and more - everything you need to know to take to the stage or just to get in the best shape of your life.  There were many giveaways and fantastic prizes won.

Thanks to all of the attendees, sponsors and contributors for making this event a success.  MUSCLE CAMP will be an annual event so stay tuned for next years version coming Spring 2009.
